Frequently asked questions

Search live FAQ entries, or browse below.

Where is my API key?

Overview shows your live key. You can also find it under Settings → API key.

How do credits work?

Each alert delivery consumes one credit from your monthly pool. Top-ups and plan changes raise your limit.

How do I send an alert?

Use Playground or POST /v1/alerts with Authorization: Bearer your API key.

How do webhooks work?

Add an HTTPS endpoint under Webhooks. Deliveries are signed with X-Xenqor-Signature. Failed events can be retried.

Is a card required?

A new account has no plan until you choose one. Paid plans, including Starter, are charged by card on pay.xenqorsystems.com (Stripe). Xenqor does not store full card numbers. Invoice billing remains available at billing@.

How do I enable 2FA?

Settings → Two-factor authentication. Scan the QR with Google Authenticator / Authy, then confirm a code.

Still need help?
